| A. | Yes. Bondholders of Variable-Rate Bonds issued prior to 2009 still have the option of redeeming their bonds semi-annually on June 21 and December 21. All bondholders have up to 14 calendar days to redeem their Bonds. |

| A. | Yes. The interest rates on outstanding Variable-Rate Bonds issued prior to 2009 will continue to be reset semi-annually. |

| A. | OSB certificates are generally available for pick up from the financial institution in which they were purchased after the civic holiday in August, i.e., after August 2, 2011. |
| Q. | Are Ontario Savings Bonds and Canada Savings Bonds the same? |
| A. | No. Ontario Savings Bonds and Canada Savings Bonds are not the same. OSBs are 100 per cent backed by the province of Ontario while CSBs are issued by the Federal Government. |
